Apr\u00e8s 30 ans de carri\u00e8re professionnelle, les 10 premi\u00e8res dans l\u2019art contemporain, les 20 suivantes comme responsable d\u2019une maison d\u2019\u00e9dition de luminaires et mobiliers, Pascale Moretti se lance en 2017 dans un nouveau projet plus coh\u00e9rent avec sa personnalit\u00e9.

Forte d\u2019une formation chez Ferrandi, l\u2019Ecole de la gastronomie fran\u00e7aise, elle lance apr\u00e8s l’obtention de son Cap p\u00e2tisserie \u00ab La petite Madeleine \u00bb en hommage \u00e0 sa grand-m\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La petite madeleine c’est une proposition d\u2019\u00e9changes et de partages autour de p\u00e2tisseries traditionnelles, une exp\u00e9rience gustative en revenant aux sources de nos gouters d\u2019enfance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De la p\u00e2tisserie sans pr\u00e9tention, \u00e0 base de produits frais, de qualit\u00e9, de saisons, le plus souvent bio, une p\u00e2tisserie qui privil\u00e9gie avant tout le go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elle d\u00e9veloppe avec \u00ab La petite Madeleine \u00bb un service traiteur, mais aussi un programme d\u2019encadrement, de team-building et de workshop p\u00e2tissier, dans une mise en relation p\u00e2tisserie, art et design en partenariat avec des plasticiens et des artistes contemporains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
